But what do terms like artificial intelligence\, blockchain\, and other emerging technologies actually mean – and how might they affect our everyday lives and future careers? \nJoin us for an engaging and practical discussion exploring the world of emerging technologies. We will look at AI\, blockchain\, and other technologies\, their current applications\, the opportunities they create\, and the ways they may shape the future of work and society. \n📅 Date: September 8\, 2026\n🕐 Time: 13:00 CET\n💻 Platform: Zoom (the link will be shared prior to the event)\n⏱️ The session will last approximately 1.5 hours and will be held in English. \n🎤 Main Speaker: Alena Řezaninová – Equal Pay Day Czechia Coordinator & Community and Projects Manager\, Business & Professional Women CR \nAlena works at Business & Professional Women CR\, where she focuses on project management\, community engagement\, and the organization’s technical and digital infrastructure. She also coordinates the international Equal Pay Day Czechia conference. In her work\, she connects people\, projects\, and technology\, exploring how digital tools\, automation\, and artificial intelligence can make work more efficient and create new opportunities. \nHer professional journey is far from conventional – ranging from hospitality and customer service to dance\, choreography\, and the organization of international cultural projects\, and later to project management\, technology\, and education. This experience across diverse fields gives her a unique perspective on how the world of work is changing and why the ability to learn new skills and adapt to technological developments is becoming increasingly important. \n🎤 With expert support from Stanislav Skrička – Film Director\, AI Visual Creator & Founder of CINE PRAGUE \nStanislav is a multiple international award-winning filmmaker\, director\, AI visual creator\, and founder of the international film festival CINE PRAGUE. He combines his experience in filmmaking with modern technologies and artificial intelligence. His professional journey began during his studies with Assembly programming\, and today he explores how emerging technologies – particularly AI – can practically support creativity\, content creation\, and business. \n🌐 Who is this dialogue for? \nThe dialogue is intended for young adults aged 18–30\, particularly those interested in intercultural learning\, youth collaboration\, international partnerships\, and the role of technology in our future. \nThe DigiSkill project brings together participants from Uganda\, Nigeria\, Ghana\, Sweden\, the Czech Republic\, and Portugal to strengthen intercultural understanding and develop digital competences that are increasingly important in today’s globalized world. \nWe look forward to welcoming you to this engaging discussion\, exchanging perspectives across countries and cultures\, and exploring together how emerging technologies are already shaping our world – and what opportunities they may bring for the future. \nNačítání…
