According to the World Economic Forum’s 2025 Global Gender Gap Report, at the current pace, it could take another 123 years to close the global gender gap. But Gen Z isn’t willing to wait that long.

Join us for an inspiring and interactive session under the DigiSkill project, bringing together young changemakers and aspiring leaders from Europe and Africa. We will explore how digital skills, AI, technology, international networking, and cross-border collaboration can help create new opportunities and accelerate progress towards gender equality.

The session will look beyond the numbers and explore how young people can use technology and digital tools to strengthen their careers, build international networks, support entrepreneurship, and create more equal opportunities. The session will be led by Ingrid Šůrová, an experienced project manager, entrepreneur and mentor with a strong focus on international cooperation, business development, and empowering entrepreneurs. Through her work in Ghana and the Czech Republic, she creates connections between people, projects, and opportunities across different markets and cultures.
