Global Virtual Teams and Digital Communication

In a world where collaboration increasingly takes place across time zones and screens, understanding how to build trust, communicate effectively, and lead diverse virtual teams has never been more important. This interactive dialogue will explore how digital tools influence teamwork and leadership, what challenges arise when cultures and communication styles meet online, and how we can create meaningful human connection even in virtual environments.

🎓 Guest Speaker: Eva Weberová

Eva is an experienced coach and trainer who helps managers and companies achieve their goals and develop modern leadership. After fourteen years in management roles within international corporations such as DHL and Maurice Ward Group, she decided to dedicate herself fully to people development and to supporting leaders who strive to lead their teams successfully and effectively. With more than 25 years of experience in developing people and teams, Eva is a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as a mentor and trainer. She sees herself as a partner for managers and leaders who want to grow, deliver results, and maintain balance between their professional and personal lives.

Eva regularly publishes articles, delivers webinars, workshops, and leadership programmes, and works with leaders both individually and in teams.

This dialogue is intended for young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those interested in intercultural learning, youth cooperation, and international collaboration. The DigiSkill project connects participants from Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Sweden, the Czech Republic, and Portugal, with a focus on developing both intercultural and digital competences.
