Equal pay for work of equal value is a fundamental human right and an increasing governance, compliance and accountability issue for companies globally. With persistent gender pay gaps and evolving regulatory frameworks businesses face growing expectations to strengthen how they assess, manage and report on pay equity.
UN Women’s Global Secretariat for the Women’s Empowerment Principles and the Equal-Salary Foundation are organizing a 3-part global webinar series designed to help companies understand the importance of equal pay and how to take action.
Session Overview
Webinar 2 focuses on the practical requirements for advancing equal pay, with an emphasis on data, systems, and regulatory readiness. It helps companies and stakeholders understand global equal pay trends and regulatory expectations, and how companies can advance transparency and accountability, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

About the WEPs Equal Pay Webinar Series
This webinar is part of a 3-part global series co-organized by UN Women (Global Secretariat for the Women’s Empowerment Principles) and the Equal-Salary Foundation.
